Shipping Schedule
We currently ship within Singapore only.
To maintain product freshness, we ship orders twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays, aligned with our small-batch production schedule.
Orders placed outside these shipping windows will be dispatched on the next available shipping day.
Order Processing & Delivery

- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to courier operations or high-volume periods
Courier Delivery
All orders are delivered via a third-party local courier service.
A valid phone number is required at checkout.
If contact details are missing or incorrect, delivery may fail.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Ambient Delivery & Storage
- Products are delivered at ambient temperature
- Products are shelf stable at ambient conditions
- Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days
