This website is operated by NINE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NINE.
By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products are food items.

You acknowledge that:

  • Ingredients are listed clearly on product pages

  • You are responsible for checking allergens and suitability

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or improper consumption

Products must be stored as instructed. Failure to do so voids any refund or replacement eligibility.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in SGD unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be completed at checkout

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or abuse)

If payment is reversed or charged back without valid cause, we reserve the right to block future purchases.

4. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to production, sourcing, or logistics

  • By placing a pre-order, you accept these risks

Pre-orders are final sale unless the order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Food items are non-returnable

  • Refunds are limited to damaged or incorrect items

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that:

  • Product descriptions

  • Nutritional information

  • Pricing or availability

are error-free at all times.

We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

  • Product names

  • Branding

are the property of NINE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

  • To submit false claims, abuse refund systems, or harass staff
